Packet Pickup & Expo

We recommended that you pick up your packet at the Race Expo. This event is free and open to the public.  At the Expo you will receive your bib, timing chip, shirt and other race information. Exhibitor booths, sampling, merchandise sales, seminars, wine tasting and other events are typically held at the Expo. 

  • Two other options are provided for packet pickup for a fee, see Early Packet Pickup and Race Day Packet Pickup below for details and pricing.

Early Packet Pickup

  • Time: 3:00pm to 6:00pm

If you select this option your packet will be available for pickup at the Expo and on race day if for some reason you are not able to attend.


Expo Packet Pickup

The expo features seminars, guest speakers, sampling, merchandise sales, exhibitor and information booths. Your packet contains your personalized race bib with timing chip, product offers, plus you will receive your running shirt and information about the race and other activities. The expo open to the public and is free of charge. 

  • Time: Friday May 11th 10:00am to 6:pm (Packet Pickup until 7pm)

When you arrive at the expo, be sure to look up your name to find your bib number and proceed to the appropriate table. You must bring your confirmation email and/or ID with you!

Friend Option

A teammate, friend or family member may pick up your race packet for you if they bring a copy of your emailed registration confirmation or your driver's license to the expo. If you cannot find your confirmation you may request an email confirmation be sent to your email address, see Registration FAQ.


Race Day Packet Pickup

Late packet pickup is provided at the check-in table near the start area on Sagunto St. in Santa Ynez. The cost of this can be paid online with registration, or on race day with a check made out to Destination Races.

  • Price: $20.00
  • Time: 5:30am to 6:30am
  • Location: Start area; Sagunto St. in Santa Ynez

For Race Day pickup please sign up online in advance and plan to arrive at the start area at least 35 minutes prior to start time to check in and collect your packet and shirt.  Your packet will also be available at the expo should you be able to attend. 

Purchase this option when you register for the race or if you decide later that Race Day Packet Pickup is for you then add it to your registration by visiting the Race Extras page.
