I am having trouble processing my online registration. Can someone help?

How do I register a team?

See Team Registration information on the Registration page. Note the team category requires each person to run the half marathon and is different than the 2-person relay category.

How do I register for the 2-person relay?

What if I, or my relay partner can't run the race?

When can I pick up my packet? 

The race expo is held prior to the event and is the recommended time and place to collect your packet; see Packet Pickup & Expo page for details. 

Can someone pick up my packet for me?

Yes, you may authorize a friend, teammate or family member to retrieve your packet for you. They must bring either a copy of your email confirmation or a copy of your driver's license to the packet pickup area. Be sure to have them look up your bib number first upon arrival as bibs are distributed by number, not alphabetically.

If I cannot run what options do I have?

Refunds are NOT allowed, but you may transfer your registration to another runner or request a partial credit to a future race; see Transfer and Credit Policy for details.

What forms of payment do you accept?  

Visa, MC, Amex, Discover

Is there a waiting list if the event is sold out?

Once the race has sold out, runners will be able to sign up for the Second Chance Wait List. Typically, at least 100, and sometimes up to 200 registrations are made available via the Wait List.  To sign up on the Second Chance Wait List, there is a fee of $5.00. The earlier you sign up, the better your odds will be of receiving a final entry as the random drawing is weighted by the sign up dates.  

What is allowed, or not permitted on course?

This varies from race to race; see Course Rules for details.
