What happens if I cannot finish the race or become injured on course?
Medical aid will be provided at designated aid stations along the course and will be equipped to provide basic first aid with limited supplies of band-aids, tape, ace bandages, ice and Vaseline. For assistance, look for volunteers in Red shirts. Ambulance service will be available at the Start Line and will follow the runners to the Finish Area. There will also be services at the Finish Area to provide advanced medical aid, if needed. Participants who require medical evaluation on the course may be transported to a local hospital.
Transportation for non-finishers without medical problems to the finish area will be provided via the SAG vehicle. In the event you cannot finish the race, please make your way to the nearest aid station and ask for SAG assistance. The SAG vehicle will be following the final runner/walker and will pick up as they pass aid stations.
